End to end

One chain, one operational partner

Import from Asia, customs clearance, warehousing, domestic and European forwarding, e-commerce fulfilment — we run the whole route within a single group. Instead of assembling a chain from several independent suppliers, you talk to one team. Expanding to the Caucasus? We close the last miles of the chain eastward — to Georgia, Armenia and Azerbaijan.

21st-century logistics

Modern in operations, human in decisions

We build the logistics group on three principles: a flat structure, support from AI agents with a human at the helm, and honesty about what we promise the client.

01

Flat structure, fast decisions

The owners are in touch with the client, and decisions are made close to operations — without corporate layers and drawn-out approvals. You call and speak to someone who actually runs your shipment.

02

AI agents, decisions on the human side

Quotes, sanctions screening, customs-document checks and receivables monitoring are supported by AI agents. People make the decisions — technology speeds up the work, it doesn't replace responsibility.

03

Honesty in the offer

We say plainly what we don't do ourselves. We don't operate our own cold store and we don't hold AEO/ISO certification — if your cargo needs it, we'll say so up front and select a vetted partner, instead of promising everything.

Investments & M&A

We invest in logistics

We grow the group on two tracks — organically and through acquisitions. We talk with owners of logistics companies in Poland, Central Europe and the Caucasus in a founder-to-founder model: we acquire, integrate and give the group's backbone a scale that's hard to build alone.

FAQ

Frequently asked questions

What does Motiva Group do?

Motiva Group is a group of logistics companies from Katowice that operate as one firm. ALB Logistics runs warehousing, bonded storage and fulfilment, Motiva Solutions handles freight forwarding and road transport, and MTEAM covers international forwarding — containers, air freight and China–Europe rail. We also handle transport to the Caucasus (Georgia, Armenia, Azerbaijan). We move goods end to end, from import to the last mile, with a single operational partner.

Which destinations do you serve?

We handle imports from Asia (including rail and containers from China), transport across Poland and Europe, and the Caucasus route — Georgia, Armenia and Azerbaijan, closing the last miles of the chain eastward.

Do you organise imports from China?

Yes. Through MTEAM we organise ocean freight (FCL/LCL), air freight and China–Europe rail, and in Katowice we handle customs clearance, warehousing and onward distribution. We run imports end to end — from the supplier's factory to your warehouse or end customer.

What is a bonded warehouse and how does it work at Motiva Group?

A bonded warehouse lets you store imported goods without paying duty and VAT immediately — the charges are due only when the goods are released for free circulation. We hold customs permits in Katowice, so clearance and warehousing happen in one place, without delays at the border.

Do you carry ADR cargo and lithium batteries?

Yes, we organise transport of dangerous goods under the ADR regime, including lithium batteries, in line with the applicable regulations and documentation requirements. We classify each order individually and select the right mode of transport and packaging.

Do you have your own cold store?

We don't operate our own refrigerated warehouse. Temperature-controlled transport is organised through vetted carriers — if your cargo needs a cold chain, we select the right partner and supervise delivery. We say plainly what we don't do ourselves, so you know where you stand.

Does Motiva Group acquire logistics companies?

Yes. We grow the group organically and through acquisitions — talking with owners of logistics companies in Poland, Central Europe and the Caucasus in a founder-to-founder model. If you're selling a logistics company or looking for a capital partner, get in touch.

How quickly will you prepare a quote?

It depends on the complexity of the chain, but in most cases we present an initial quote within one to two business days of receiving the cargo and route details. The more detail you provide up front, the faster we come back with specifics.
